What’s your best individual result?

Third in the 2006 Swiss championships in the rigid class.

Your best flying experience?

A 173km out and return in the Swiss Jura, never higher than 1600m. My favourite sites are the whole Alps, the Jura, Annecy and different places in Australia. I have over 2000 hours flying a hang glider.

Your life in brief?

I live in north west Switzerland, with my wife Sonja, daughters Gabriela and Chantal. I work as a chef mecanicien, I work at the lycee de Liestal in the science dept and I make  demonstration models and trials for the students. Outside flying I like to spend time on my Triumph Tiger moto, and I fly radio-controlled helicopters.
