Sunday 21st June :
Open day - Ribiers Aeromodelling Club
Opening Ceremony: Assemble Place de la Fontaine at 6pm.
(All pilots & Team Leaders should attend)
Parade with national flags through the streets of Laragne to the Cour du Château.  Street musicians and Harmonie Orchestre.  Followed by Apéritifs and Dinner buffet for Pilots, Team Leaders, Officials and Organisers.  Salle des Fêtes, Laragne.

Wednesday 24th June :
Laragne :  Soirée musicale – Free entry

Friday 26th June :
Laragne : Fête de Montéglin (opposite Camping Montéglin.  Feu de la St Jean – bonfire, music and dancing to celebrate midsummer.  Anchoïade (anchovy toast snacks) for all.

Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th June :
Fête des sports, Place des Aires, Laragne : Showcase of non-motorised sports practiced in the Hautes-Alpes area, including rock climbing, mountain biking, water sports.  Plenty to interest children, such as kite making workshop, bouncy castle.
Fête de l’air, close to Camping de Montéglin, Laragne :
Various demonstrations of aerial sports including hang gliding, paragliding, parachuting, aeromodelling.  Stands showing falconry, flight simulators and many more flying related activities.

Saturday 27th June :
Evening with Pizza, Paella and the Rocket Band, for Pilots, Team Leaders, Officials and Organisers.  Ribiers – Place du Village – from 7pm

Tuesday 30th June :
Free to all : Presentation and films : « 4000 years history of aviation »  Starting 18h30 at the cinéma le Regain.
Spaghetti and music evening from 7pm for Pilots, Team Leaders, Officials and Organisers at the Auberge, Chateauneuf de Chabre.

Thursday 2nd July :
Laragne : Summer Festival culturel evening, cour du Château from 21h.  Open to all.

Friday 3rd July :
End of competition rock band and party in Laragne : « Le Globe » - Place des Aires – from 9pm.  Open to all.

Saturday 4th July :
Closing Ceremony, Medals and Prize giving : Laragne : from 11am cour du château, Laragne.
(All pilots & Team Leaders should attend)
Harmonie Orchestra, Majorettes - Chipies du Buëch. 
Followed by Apéritifs and Lunch buffet for Pilots, Team Leaders, Officials and Organisers.  Salle des Fêtes, Laragne.

Exhibitions & displays

From 15th June to 5th July :
Laragne, Office du Tourisme: Exhibition of drawings and cartoons by local artist, Pike – “Delta & Humour”.

From 15th June to 27th July :
Laragne, Musée du Château : Exhibition and display of model flying machines, fantastic designs inspired by Leonardo da Vinci among others.  Plus drawings and sculptures.

From 20th June to 4th July :
Laragne, Salle des Fetes (HQ):  Various exhibitions and displays : Paintings by local HG champion, Alain Chauvet ; drawings and paintings by local children ; photos from the pre-Worlds ; DVDs with a HG theme plus competition video footage ; information, maps of the tasks, results etc.
Laragne, Ribiers and around: Daily displays of historic hang gliders from the FFVL’s Hang Gliding Museum, now located in Laragne.
